They charged me almost $300 to check my engine issue on

They charged me almost $300 to check my engine issue on my new sonata and they told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle that i needed to get a 300-$900 maintenance that that may be the issue. I took it to another mechanic and they found oil in my airflow which is causing my car to misfire and not accelerate, oil leaking into the engine airflow tube and filter is serious and can cause damage to my engine! Horrible service and won't be returning to this dealership for service ever again. they also put that they washed and detailed my car and did not perform any car wash or inside cleaning whatsoever they only added it to make it seem like they did something…

They should have better communication in the service

They should have better communication in the service dept, finally I waited 18 days no AC in Florida got there and was told there's a misunderstanding with your appt.I refused to leave I had all communication with phone calls, text and confirmation,with appt & loaner finally they took my car,but no loaner refused to leave without one!! I told them call Neela and tell her I want her car !! They got me a loaner 😂 I think 18 days no AC is absolutely unacceptable. My SUV is 3 yrs old with 5400 miles.They need to do better.Thank God for Andrew he stepped up and helped me.Dawn in the service dept is not a people person!! Neela was great

I have tried to reach my service advisor for months and I

I have tried to reach my service advisor for months and I get no call backs. I picked up my vehicle this past Saturday and notice an emblem in the rear of vehicle was missing. Not sure if it was ripped off, or it fell or what, but it was there when I dropped my vehicle off. I also noticed today the two rear windows of my car are not going down and they were working fine before I dropped it off. No one ever returns phone calls. i called Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and today and have still not spoken to my service advisor or the manager or assistant manager of the service department. This is ridiculous.
