Bought a 2026 Hyundai Palisade, the car was missing the floor matts when we purchased, the salesman Bryan promised they would order the replacement matts, after months of runaround, we show up to the dealership to find out he was fired and they have no record of them owing us the floor matts. General Manager would not honor their salesman's promise that the missing floor mats would be provided, since the salesman was not there anymore.
